As a Senior Guitar Instrument Repair Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our instruments, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert repair and maintenance services on customer-owned guitars, as well as store-owned inventory. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced guitar technician with a strong background in instrument repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of guitar design, mechanics, and electronics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. They will also be passionate about music and have a deep appreciation for the art of instrument making.
