Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tooling improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Conduct daily audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
  • Oversee process improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost using TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) tools.
  • Collaborate with launch organizations on new product introductions.
  • Evaluate project effectiveness and lead equipment troubleshooting efforts.
  • Maintain and recommend related process documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering experience required.
  • 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, SQL, Minitab, AutoCAD, and PLC.
  • Familiarity with wires, cable, tubing, and compounding manufacturing.
  • Hands-on engineer - 50-60% of day on the floor.
  • Sub Sea knowledge preferred.
  • ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in English language.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $123,000 per year. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
