About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Aftercare Staff member to join our team at Ensworth School. As a key member of our Aftercare team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage with students in various recreational activities
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for all students
  • Assist with homework and provide support as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Help maintain the physical environment and equipment
Requirements
  • Some college education or currently enrolled in college
  • Experience working with children in a formal or informal setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
