Job Summary:

  • Develops and executes procurement strategies to drive business growth and cost savings.
  • Manages vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, business planning, and supplier capacity.
  • Identifies and develops competitive sourcing processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure product compliance and certifications.
  • Analyzes market conditions, identifies challenges, and proposes mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Product Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Procurement experience in high-tech manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of direct Supplier Management and Contract Negotiation experience.
  • Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: Estimated at $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
