The University of Oregon seeks a highly skilled Dental Specialist or Physician to join our healthcare team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent care to our students.
Main Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the staff of the Dental Clinic, assisting the Dental Clinic manager in promoting the Dental Clinic to the UHC and the university student population, participating in strategic planning for the development and presentation of new and/or modified dental services, and providing leadership to the entire dental clinic team with regard to current preventive dental information and dental treatments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Graduate degree from an accredited dental school or medical/osteopathic school, current licensure to practice general dentistry by the Oregon Board of Dentistry or M.D./D.O. licensure by the Oregon Medical Board, and valid Drug Enforcement Administration certification for prescription of controlled substances. Additionally, you should have experience working with international students, administrative or leadership experience, and three years of experience in primary care or emergency medicine.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
