The Manufacturing Engineer role at ARCH Global Precision is a pivotal position that ensures the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will act as the liaison between Engineering, Operations, and Quality, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive efficiency and productivity.

You will provide engineering support by troubleshooting manufacturing process and machining issues, implementing timely solutions to maintain production flow continuity. Additionally, you will monitor and debug new methods, equipment, and procedures to ensure total system efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing constant communication between Engineering, Operations, and Quality
  • Supporting Operations by providing technical support and engineering data
  • Supporting Engineering by providing feedback, data, and other information needed to process parts

In this role, you will have the opportunity to review and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes, identify needs for established work procedures and standardized methods, and document and communicate them as required. You will also assist quality and manufacturing personnel in resolving process issues and product non-conformances.

To succeed in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant work experience in CNC machining/manufacturing is essential, with a minimum of 3 years required (8+ years if no degree in a related field). Knowledge and understanding of quality instruments and experience with the business side of operations are also highly valued.
