We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Lia Honda Brewster. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the flow of our Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
