Pediatric Pulmonologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Pulmonology Physician to join our dynamic team at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas. As a Pediatric Pulmonology Physician, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with respiratory disorders, coordinating discharge planning, and participating in academic programs. • Evaluate and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, and other chronic conditions.
• Coordinate discharge planning with case management to ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Participate in academic programs, including medical education and research, to advance the field of pediatric pulmonology.
• Accept patient referrals from other physicians and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician as needed.
• Provide documentation that meets insurance company requirements and appeal denials in a timely manner.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, including on-call schedules.

• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board required.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
