Role Description:
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. This includes reviewing Bitbucket configs, patching Ansible prod job templates, and monitoring prod elevation status. You will also provide on-call support for new provisioning requests and assist with prod deployment failures. Additionally, you will set up new releases in Bitbucket and non-prod Ansible Job templates, and help with Linux client support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review Bitbucket configs and patch Ansible prod job templates
2. Monitor prod elevation status and assist with prod deployment failures
3. Provide on-call support for new provisioning requests
4. Set up new releases in Bitbucket and non-prod Ansible Job templates
5. Assist with Linux client support requests
Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of DevOps and Ansible
2. Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
