Role Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team with essential administrative tasks. This position is ideal for those who are curious, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a department striving for excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist applicants in navigating the application process and addressing their inquiries.
  • Support recruiters in screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and organizing orientations for new hires.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all candidates and employees.
  • Manage various administrative tasks related to recruitment activities.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates through calls and messages.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews.
  • Coordinate orientations and training sessions for new employees.
  • Assist in the completion of I-9 forms for new hires.
  • Input new hire information into the HRIS system.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases as necessary.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support current employees who seek assistance from the recruiting office.
  • Contribute to various team initiatives as required.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Manager of Talent Attraction.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role or related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on data confidentiality.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results with a consultative approach.
