Domestic Assistant

A dynamic and loving family in a private residence is seeking a full-time Family Assistant/Manny to provide top-notch care for their three school-age children (14, 13, and 10). The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment for the kids.

• Engage children in active play and outdoor activities, fostering a love for sports and exploration.
• Assist with light household tidying and organization to maintain a comfortable living space.
• Coordinate and supervise social engagements, outings, and activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for the children.
• Supervise all athletic activities, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
• Create a playful, caring, and inspiring atmosphere for the family, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.

• Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent references from previous employers, demonstrating a track record of reliability and trustworthiness.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a private residence in a similar role or roles for a private family.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a dedication to responsibilities and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• Athletic and physically agile, with the ability to keep up with active children.
• Confident swimmer, willing and able to swim with the children.
• Proficient in both Mac and PC systems, including Office, Internet, and email.
• Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
