About the Role

Sloan, a leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing systems, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the development and marketing of our IoT and PWT product lines. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap, and launch plans to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for IoT and PWT product lines, including new product development and product enhancement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop total solutions and drive product direction and roadmap.
  • Provide internal and sales support to grow categories and support the direct sales team focused on these categories.
  • Define and execute pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Establish product forecast and relevant KPIs for existing portfolio of products and new product introductions.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs, promotions, sales support, and communication materials aligned with company brand and positioning strategy.
  • Lead S&OP for assigned product lines and develop direct report product line manager to take on P&L responsibility of a product category.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, business, engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years product management experience.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 5 trips a year.
  • Ability to work and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated use of effective financial, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in planning and project managing complex product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with high-level understanding of business financials.
  • Strong decision-making ability and the ability to work in and build a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to turn strategy into action.
