Job DescriptionNurse Practitioner Role
We seek a caring and professional nurse practitioner to join our team at our Astoria, NY location.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to adult patients
- Prioritize patient comfort and well-being, while maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York
- Experience with trigger point injections and/or nerve blocks preferred, but not required
- Recent graduates welcomed; we offer comprehensive training and support
