The Senior Remittance Processing Associate role is responsible for managing intricate client accounts with minimal oversight. This position emphasizes the execution of daily tasks associated with complex client transactions.
Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift, Tuesday - Saturday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Engages with highly intricate clients who have specific and challenging processing needs.
- Conducts thorough investigations and follow-ups on rejected payments and associated documentation.
- Makes informed decisions regarding transaction processing.
- Oversees received and effective dates on correspondence to ensure all client timelines are adhered to.
- Coordinates with various departments throughout the shift to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Interacts with clients to resolve issues and facilitate processes.
- Ensures accurate processing of work while maintaining performance metrics in line with departmental and client expectations.
- Exhibits extensive knowledge of unique client specifications.
- Assists in training and quality assurance measures.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in document processing.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
- Effective and clear communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable to change and eager to learn new processes as business needs evolve.
- Must meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of document processing experience.
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
