We are seeking an experienced Warranty Service Manager to join our team at Mungo Homes in Wilmington, NC. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for resolving warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve warranty claims in a fair and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or construction management.
- A minimum of three years of experience in warranty administration or a related field.
- A salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
