Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Aspire Living & Learning. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with autism and other disabilities.

• Implement educational and behavioral programs under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collaborate with service providers, including School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists
• Work with a fun team of dedicated professionals to support children with a variety of needs

• Competitive salary range of $36,000-$46,000 per year
• 8-weeks of PTO annually, including personal time, mental health days, and school vacations

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
