We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Aspire Living & Learning. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with autism and other disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement educational and behavioral programs under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collaborate with service providers, including School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists
- Work with a fun team of dedicated professionals to support children with a variety of needs
- Competitive salary range of $36,000-$46,000 per year
- 8-weeks of PTO annually, including personal time, mental health days, and school vacations
