Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand or using a dish machine, following company-approved washing techniques.

  • Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed, and inspect the machine to ensure proper functioning.
