Internship GoalsThe focus of this internship will be learning about the HR Talent Development team at STIHL Inc. As our intern, you will have the opportunity to achieve the following goals:
- Develop Comprehensive Training Guides
- Master the Art of Professional Communication
- Gain Hands-on Experience in Event Planning and Logistics
- Learn How to Properly Facilitate a Training Session
You will be responsible for:
- Reaching out to local businesses for scholarship donations to support our campers.
- Serving as the main point of contact and managing communication for all interns.
- Creating and facilitating the budgeting activity session for campers.
- Working with camp facilitators to ensure facilitator guides are updated.
- Assisting with logistics and set up for the camp, including catering, forms, reporting, coordination and purchasing of supplies, creating notebooks for campers and coaches, and purchasing gifts for judges and coaches.
- Additional duties as assigned.
As a Talent Development Intern, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge, preparing you for a successful career in talent development and beyond. You will also develop your skills and build your network in a supportive and dynamic environment.
