Garment Sorter

Job Summary:

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Sorter to support the Rental Division. The Garment Sorter will safely and accurately sort customer garments in numerical order based on the garment ID.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient garment sorting.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to attendance policy and work schedule.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Ability to identify and arrange objects or actions in a specific order or pattern according to rules.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
