About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Shelter Medicine Professional to join our team.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to animals in our shelters, including preventative health programs, spay/neuter surgeries, and disease control measures. You will work closely with our shelter staff, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to ensure the health and well-being of all animals in our care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in veterinary medicine, including experience in shelter medicine or high-volume veterinary clinics. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid license to practice as a veterinarian issued by the State of California Veterinary Medical Board is required.
