Respiratory Therapist

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities:

* Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Deliver critical care respiratory procedures, including ventilation and oxygen therapy
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
* Current certification in BCLS, ACLS, and NRP
* Previous experience in neonatal respiratory care or successful completion of department-specific orientation
* Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed by the State Board of Medical Examiners
