Kindergarten Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kindergarten Director to lead our team at Central Aguirre. As a maternity leave replacement, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kindergarten, ensuring the well-being and education of our 100 children aged three to school enrollment.

Our kindergarten is built on the principles of the Bavarian Education and Upbringing Plan (BEP), with a strong focus on inclusion, participation, and diversity. We value nature and forest days, outdoor activities, and a conscious approach to nature. Our team is experienced, motivated, and collegial, and we offer a spacious and friendly facility with many opportunities for development indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, has excellent leadership skills, and can develop and implement innovative pedagogical concepts.
