Job Summary:

As a Supervisory LPN at Help At Home, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and caregivers throughout our Valdosta, GA territory. Under the guidance of the Clinical Leader and local market leadership, you will collaborate with local and market teams to ensure the highest level of personal independence and meaningful lives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-home assessments to determine support and client needs
Conduct regularly scheduled supervisory visits of clients
Monitor personal care and companion care services provided by direct care staff
Assist in educating direct care staff to ensure quality of care
Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation

Requirements:

Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia
Current CPR certification
One (1) year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Energetic team player with a positive attitude
