Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of chimneys and fireplaces to evaluate their condition and identify any potential risks.
- Perform chimney cleaning services to eliminate creosote, soot, and other debris.
- Execute repairs or replacements of chimney liners, caps, and dampers as necessary.
- Install new chimney liners and carry out essential repairs or modifications.
- Advise clients on maintenance, repairs, or upgrades needed for their systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and follow established procedures.
- Keep precise records of inspections, cleanings, and repairs performed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication with clients.
- Document all work orders, materials used, and time spent on each task in the provided portal.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- General Liability Insurance preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in chimney maintenance or fireplace contracting.
- Comprehensive understanding of chimney and fireplace systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and masonry.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Must currently reside in the US.
