Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman Painter to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services, adhering to our standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute painting projects from start to finish with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform all painting-related duties professionally and efficiently, adhering to our safety protocols.
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of all painting assignments, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Follow our established procedures and standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project estimates, taking into account client needs and preferences.
  • Address client needs and concerns with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly used and maintained.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and commercial painting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Expertise in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques, as well as a thorough understanding of industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with painting equipment (ladders, lifts, paint sprayers, etc.) and products, with the ability to perform all painting tasks independently and competently.
  • A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a plus.
