Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Preferably an Associate or Business Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity within a dynamic business environment
  • Availability for on-call duties and a flexible work schedule
  • Strong communication abilities and financial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications
  • Demonstrated capability to motivate and resolve team conflicts
