Job Title: Youth Advocate

Join our team as a Youth Advocate and make a positive impact on the lives of youth and families in Adams, Broomfield, and Weld Counties.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and committed individual to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and develop service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and service plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
