Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Saguaro Ranch Luxury Assisted Living. As a Caregiver, you will provide exceptional resident care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide resident care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Distribute medications as prescribed by our medical team.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a nutritious and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
  • Engage residents in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and physical activity.
  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, including making beds and vacuuming floors.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Caregiver or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
