Preschool Instructor

The Mustard Seed Preschool is committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. We seek an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

This part-time position requires working Monday through Thursday, with a competitive hourly wage between $18.00 and $20.00. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for young children and God, a creative approach to teaching, and the ability to foster physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth in preschool children.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational curriculum and activities that meet developmentally appropriate learning standards.
• Assess the developmental needs of children and tailor activities to meet these needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• CDA credentials, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred. Minimum high school diploma.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children as a lead teacher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
