Early Intervention Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Criterion Child Enrichment. As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home-based services to families across the catchment area, collaborating with community providers to ensure continuity of services, and participating in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's physical development and address developmental delays.
- Collaborate with families to provide education, training, and support to help their children learn and grow.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individual Family Service Plans.
- Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating with community providers and ensuring continuity of services.
- Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families to promote parent-child interaction and support family-centered care.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
