School Therapist

Thrive Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Document sessions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted license as an LGPC, LGPAT, LGMFT, LGDAC, or LMSW under the Maryland Professional Counseling and/or Social Work Board
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potential for stressful situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
