We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician II to join our team at IGT. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for transporting, installing, and maintaining IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
Key Responsibilities- Transport and install IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Attend driver training and follow IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation of IGT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field.
- Communicate effectively with Dispatchers, accurately reporting activity, arrival and departure times, and problems, details, and resolutions of failures.
- Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, tracking inventory of these items.
- Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly.
- Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and recommendations for improvements to procedures.
- High school degree or GED equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical repairs.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to correctly perceive colors.
- Physical Requirements: ability to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, sit and drive for prolonged periods, and work with moving parts and electrical current.
