The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including financial management, employee/patient satisfaction, and quality of care. They will also serve as a liaison between clinic providers and organizational leadership, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of nursing professionals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Manage departmental finances, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clinic providers and organizational leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to CaroMont Health guidelines and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least three years of progressive nursing management experience in outpatient surgery or interventional pain management
  • Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state compact license)
  • Thorough knowledge of general nursing principles, methods, and techniques
  • Acute care and outpatient experience preferred
