Position Overview

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of elderly individuals in our community who require assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with Daily Living Activities and Personal Care
  • Assisting with wheelchair transfers
  • Helping with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Offering companionship and supervision

Important Considerations Before Applying:

  • Must have experience in supporting Daily Living Activities
  • Experience in transferring clients in wheelchairs is required
  • Availability for weekend shifts is necessary
  • Seeking PART TIME employment
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' residences is essential

Employment Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory
  • Availability to work on holidays is expected
  • Registration with The Home Care Aid Registry is necessary*
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is required*
  • Negative TB Test is needed*
  • Completion of Orientation & Training is essential*
