Job Overview

Ortonville Area Health Services is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in multiple modalities, including Diagnostic Radiology, Computed Tomography, and Dexa.

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to think critically and communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and healthcare providers. The selected candidate will be expected to rotate through various shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical skills and knowledge of radiologic procedures. Additionally, they should be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and have completed an education program accepted by the ARRT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality diagnostic imaging services to patients and healthcare providers
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and hospital policies
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient patient flow and optimal use of resources

Requirements:

  • Completion of an education program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
