Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Alexander Insurance Agency, a family-owned independent agency with a collaborative and client-focused team, is seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to manage an established book of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
This role involves providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience and a strong understanding of industry trends and products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing commercial insurance accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional client service and address inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products to provide optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
- Candidate must hold a 4-40 License; a 2-20 License is preferred.
- 1-3 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience is required.
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Annual salary based on experience: $65,000 - $75,000/year.
