Peraton is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Enterprise Infrastructure to contribute to our Cyber Mission sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting extensive engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This position requires a commitment of 1880 hours annually, with work conducted at designated locations.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, your expertise will be crucial in providing technical guidance and process recommendations. You will engage in thorough technical analysis of alternatives and oversee configuration management. Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, deploying, securing, and managing the Information Technology Infrastructure across various domains within the customer enterprise. You will also assist in crafting transition plans and processes for services encompassing data links, networks, government communication systems, interfaces, and processing systems. Standardization of these services will be a key focus, ensuring that enterprise tools are effectively developed within the organization.
Additionally, you will support the Government Team in fulfilling necessary activities associated with systems integration during EIS transformation. Your role will involve producing comprehensive system engineering and technical documentation, developing master schedules, designing related dashboards, and establishing best practices and processes.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may substitute for two years of experience. Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with 24 years of systems engineering experience is acceptable.
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, design synthesis, and system design.
- Experience in producing enterprise-level architectural artifacts, including CONOPS, model-based systems engineering, use-case diagrams, and security compliance support.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct risk analysis, evaluate test results, and report on the health status of activities to ensure compatibility and performance of enterprise and mission systems.
- Familiarity with Confluence.
- Experience with SharePoint, including managing folder structures, modifying permissions, and creating new sites.
- Ability to provide troubleshooting recommendations and research solutions as needed.
- Must have knowledge of customer infrastructure.

Compensation
The typical salary range for this position is $190,000 - $304,000, reflecting the expected compensation based on experience and other relevant factors.
