Position Summary
The role involves monitoring gaming and non-gaming activities through electronic surveillance systems to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies while safeguarding company assets from illicit or questionable actions.
- Monitor, document, and report any discrepancies related to company policies, internal controls, financial transactions, and state gaming regulations.
- Conduct daily audits of departmental activities and duty logs, collaborating with various departments during investigations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all table games and gaming operations.
- Act promptly in response to any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Preferred minimum of 6 months of experience in casino surveillance.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, all casino games, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as mandated by local gaming regulations.
