Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Returns Processor to join our team at Marmon Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of returns and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and Stock Products: Unload incoming products and stock them according to established guidelines.
  • Pick and Process Customer Orders: Pick customer orders and process them according to our customer order process.
  • Palettize and Stage Orders: Palettize orders, wrap, and stage them according to standard operating procedures.
  • Repack and Re-label Orders: Repack orders and re-label cartons according to customer requests.
  • Ensure Safety and Housekeeping: Follow all safety guidelines and ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
  • Identify Product Defects: Identify product defects and report them to the relevant team members.
  • Operate Forklift and Order Picker: Operate a forklift and order picker as required.
Requirements
  • Inventory Management: Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and customers.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Reading and Writing Skills: Basic reading and writing skills to complete tasks and reports.
  • Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is required.
  • Physical Abilities: Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 20-50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend a large majority of time walking, standing, and using hands to push/pull. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is required to lift and/or move up to 20-50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, hot or cold temperatures, outside weather conditions, and the risk of electrical shock. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places; fumes, or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
