About the Role:

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Arcadia Trails in Edmond, OK. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, working part-time variable shifts with our Arcadia Trails Therapists team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide age-appropriate therapy, psychosocial assessment, and referrals to facilitate patient/family use of psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment.
  • Lead age and developmentally appropriate groups to address the emotional, physical, and environmental needs of mental health patients and/or chemical dependent patients.
  • Document patient progress daily in the chart.
  • Facilitate discharge planning to assist patients in placement and treatment following discharge from current level of care.
  • Participate in the writing of treatment plans and attend treatment team meetings.
  • Facilitate the completion of Emergency Detention paperwork and ensure its distribution and receipt by legally designated individuals.
  • May participate in the utilization review process.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Licensed in LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LBP (For Arcadia Trails only LADC also acceptable).
  • 2 years Mental Health experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
