Job Description

Locke Supply Co. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Associate to provide exceptional service at our branch locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, offering advice and recommendations based on their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver products to customers and ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions
  • Offer advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail store environment, including inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading equipment and supplies
  • Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring that equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into trucks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and DOT physical and drug test
