Home Time:

  • Average 14-18 days out on the road, with opportunities to stay out longer if desired.
  • 12 days of home time earned for every 18 days worked, with at least one weekend home per month.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe transportation of goods by conducting regular vehicle, equipment, and cargo inspections.
  • Accurately complete customer paperwork, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintain a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
  • Be available to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Orientation:

  • Orientations are paid and include accommodation for out-of-town candidates.
  • Shared bedrooms are provided.
  • No meals are included in the orientation package.
  • Some or all travel expenses are covered.

Hiring Requirements:

  • A valid Class A license without a (V) Medical Variance restriction.
  • A minimum of 2 years of OTR driving experience.

Compensation:

Average weekly gross pay: $1,500 - $1,800.

CPM: $0.55 - $0.60.

Annual mileage: 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week.
