We are seeking a dedicated full-time professional to enhance our patient services. This position operates Monday through Friday and encompasses a variety of essential tasks aimed at providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and data entry.
  • Inform patients about their benefits and process payments at the point of service.
  • Ensure accurate management of patient information within our practice management system.
  • Verify health insurance details and secure necessary referrals.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive medical records.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including scheduling, transportation coordination, filing, and faxing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of seeing, hearing, and speaking adequately to perform assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to drive independently to various locations.
