Job Summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health team in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as a primary RN on the unit, utilizing the Nursing Process to ensure effective care.
  • Coordinate patient care delivery, participate in patient/family teaching, and discharge planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to subordinate staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain quality delivery of patient care, adhering to the Nursing Process, Arizona Nurse Practice Act, TJC, and State regulations.
  • Strive to provide exceptional customer service, promoting Havasu Regional Medical Center's Standards of Behavior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred.
  • Superior critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
