  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to promote sustainable practices within the department.
  • Develop tactical work plans while managing human, material, and financial resources efficiently.

  • Conduct inspections and oversee maintenance of essential safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A minimum of six years of experience in a related field such as building maintenance, carpentry, or construction.

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in fostering a positive work culture in similar environments.
  • General maintenance experience in educational, commercial, or residential settings.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for managing work orders and communication.
