As an MGA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you can anticipate:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric clients (ages birth to 21).
  • Assess, create, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on patient requirements.
  • Educate and support patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and assess team objectives for each patient.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
  • Preferred: At least one clinical rotation in pediatrics
  • Active state licensure
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
