Defense Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Defense Attorney to join our team at Marshall Graham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance defense litigation and be well-versed in first-party insurance litigation and construction-defect litigation.

• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including preparing pleadings, motion practice, conducting depositions, and trial work.
• Review claims files and communicate effectively with claims professionals and clients.

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong research, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter with a robust work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• An excellent compensation package, including salary $120,000 - $180,000 per year, 401k, medical, dental, and FSA benefits.
