Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned professional to fill the role of Lead IT CRM System Architect within our IT department. This position demands extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft CRM (Dynamics 365) and the Power Platform, along with related Microsoft technologies, tailored for IT business system solutions. The individual will be accountable for architecting MS Dynamics 365 based solutions and spearheading a project team comprising internal IT personnel and external consultants to implement and maintain these system solutions in a rapidly expanding global IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage proactively with CRM system users globally to lead the transformation of business requirements into technical specifications and solution development utilizing MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
  2. Conduct analysis, design, and lead technical initiatives to develop or configure D365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App, aimed at enhancing business processes and workflows.
  3. Direct the technical efforts to design and integrate Power Platform, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and D365 solutions with various applications, such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and third-party services.
  4. Exhibit strong communication skills while acting as a Technical Project Manager to guide internal IT staff, oversee external consultants, and collaborate with functional teams on CRM system enhancement initiatives.
  5. Remain informed about the latest capabilities and best practices concerning MS Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and cloud technologies.
  6. Oversee and maintain technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
  7. Facilitate and lead CRM system training and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower users in adopting Power Platform and D365 based solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • A total of 10-15 years of experience in IT or software development, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate within an IT organization.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and providing IT system support for high-tech firms.
  • Experience in IT system ownership, including user support.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and influential skills as a confident yet adaptable technology leader.
  • Solid understanding of lead-to-opportunity business processes, sales force automation, quotation management, and workflow design.
  • Proficient in data analytics and SQL, as well as data/system integration.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monolithic Power Systems offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care coverage, dental and vision plans, 401(K), Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), up to 11 company-paid holidays, and paid time off based on tenure. Generous discretionary bonuses and life and disability protection are also provided. For positions in sales, eligibility for sales incentive bonuses may apply, and certain roles may qualify for stock compensation.

Salary is determined based on market location and may vary according to experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors.
