Job Title: Barback Assistant

Job Summary:

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Barback Assistant to join our team at a new property in Breckenridge. As a Barback Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and lounge areas, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the bar and lounge areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
• Assist bartenders in preparing drinks, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Restock supplies, including glassware, ice, and mixers, as needed.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bar and lounge areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting inventory and balancing cash drawers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
