Key Responsibilities:
- Parking Operations: Patrol assigned parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations, assist with valet services, and provide staffing for parking booths.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring parking areas, reporting any incidents or concerns, and collaborating with security personnel as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining parking records, processing payments, and providing information to patients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Driving Experience: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as driving may be necessary as part of this role.
- Customer Service Experience: Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or campus environment.
- Safe Driving Experience: Must have at least 2 years of safe driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Coursework or training in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Customer Service Training: Documented customer service training is preferred.
